Hospitality Manager
Whimsadoodle Inc. is seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager (Independent Contractor) to lead the planning, development, and launch of multiple food and beverage concepts, including a future commercial kitchen, coffee shop opening June 2026, and wine bar opening September 2026.
This role is ideal for a highly organized, hospitality-savvy professional who excels at building operations from the ground up and managing multiple venues simultaneously. The Hospitality Manager will serve as a strategic advisor and hands-on operator, guiding projects from concept through opening and into early operations in partnership with the Director of Programming.
Pottery Studio Lead
Whimsadoodle Inc. is seeking a skilled, reliable, and community-minded Pottery Studio Lead to oversee the daily operations of our pottery studio located in the Wonderful Things Building, opening June 2026. This role is ideal for a practicing ceramic artist who enjoys working with people, maintaining a well-run studio, and helping foster a welcoming, creative environment.
The Pottery Studio Lead will be responsible for the day-to-day functioning of the studio, supporting members and guests, teaching foundational ceramic techniques, and working closely with the Programming Director to execute workshops, special events, and guest artist programming.
Makerspace Lead
At Bear & Bee, creativity is part of everything we do, and we’re looking for someone who can help lead that energy day-to-day. As a Makerspace Lead, you’ll play a key role in the daily operation and flow of the studio, supporting guests, guiding creative projects, and helping ensure the space runs smoothly and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and organized, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
You’ll work closely with the team to support workshops, events, and daily studio activities, while also helping share the Bear & Bee experience through social media.
Art Studio & Events Assistant

As an Art Studio & Events Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of the experience, welcoming guests, supporting hands-on creativity, and helping bring vibrant events to life.
